Welcome to Sahayathri

By accessing or using the Sahayathri mobile application and related services ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.

4. Use of the App

The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

5. Navigation and Location Services

The App uses location services to provide navigation, trip tracking, route planning, and location-based features.

* Location information, maps, and routes may not always be accurate or available.

* You are responsible for following traffic laws and using your own judgment while travelling.

* Never use the App in a way that distracts you from driving safely.

6. User Content

You may upload or share content such as photos, reviews, messages, trip information, and other materials.

You retain ownership of your content. By submitting content through the App, you grant Sahayathri permission to store, process, and display it for operating and improving the App.

You must not upload content that is illegal, abusive, threatening, misleading, fraudulent, hateful, sexually explicit, or infringes the rights of others. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Reporting and Blocking

The App may provide features to report users or content and to block other users. We may review reports and take appropriate action, including removing content, restricting features, or suspending or terminating accounts.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information, including location data.

9. Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party services such as mapping, authentication, cloud hosting, analytics. These services are governed by their own terms and policies. Sahayathri is not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services.

10. Intellectual Property

The App, including its software, design, branding, logos, graphics, and original content, is owned by or licensed to Sahayathri and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the App without our permission.

11. Service Availability

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available or free from errors.

12. Updates

We may release updates, bug fixes, and new features. Some updates may be required for you to continue using certain features of the App.

13. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sahayathri is not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from your use of the App, including reliance on navigation, location information, user-generated content, or third-party services.

14. Account Termination and Deletion

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, applicable laws, or our policies.

You may request deletion of your account at any time. Some information may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be made available within the App. Continued use of the App after the changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
